अध्याय 2 — सांख्य योग

श्रीभगवानुवाच ।
अशोच्यानन्वशोचस्त्वं
प्रज्ञावादांश्च भाषसे ।
गतासूनगतासूंश्च
नानुशोचन्ति पण्डिताः ॥
🔤 IAST (Transliteration):
śrī-bhagavān uvāca |
aśocyān anvaśocas tvaṃ
prajñā-vādāṃś ca bhāṣase |
gatāsūn agatāsūṃś ca
nānuśocanti paṇḍitāḥ ||
🇮🇳 हिन्दी अर्थ (Hindi Meaning):
तू जिनके लिए शोक कर रहा है, वे शोक करने योग्य नहीं।
बुद्धिमान मृत अथवा जीवित — किसी के लिए शोक नहीं करते।
🌍 English Meaning:
You grieve for those not worthy of grief. The wise mourn neither the living nor the dead.
