यथा दीपो निवातस्थो नेङ्गते सोपमा स्मृता।
योगिनो यतचित्तस्य युञ्जतो योगमात्मनः।।

yathā dīpo nivāta-stho neṅgate sopamā smṛtā
yogino yata-cittasya yuñjato yogam ātmanaḥ

जैसे वायु-रहित स्थान में दीपक नहीं डोलता, वैसे ही योगी का चित्त स्थिर होता है।

Like a lamp in windless space that does not flicker, so is the steadied mind of the yogi.
